Two new services allow you to access the details of your risk and monitoring fees. These services are not available for fixed-price policies (TPE policies).
 

Choose the “Fees download” service to build a file in spreadsheet format giving precise details of the following for each invoiced operation:
policy number
Euler Hermes ID
national identifier
name and address
customer reference
date of limit decision.

By choosing “Fees view” you get a summary view of invoiced operations:
type of fees (risk or monitoring)
geographical area of fee (Fee zone column)
decision type (Item column)
number of operations for each category. (Quantity column)
