The contrat file reports all information concerning your credit insurance policy. It is composed of various screens :

• General information
• Princing/invoicing information
• Parameters of guarantee
• Special terms of your policy

You can access the contrat file by browsing through Policy management / Contrat file

From the contract file, you can also access the guide and management tips of your policy.

At the top of the screen you will see a summary of your address and company data. In particular, if you have secondary addresses, you can have a look at them by clicking on the corresponding link.

The general information that are display concern :

• The name of the product you have subscribed to
• The managing company
• The starting date of your policy
• Your broker

You can also : 

• see if your policy is linked to another one
• access your claim files
• access the list of partial and complete withdrawals
  Information displayed when browsing to this page are taken from the list of latest decisions and thus are updated once a day
• access the list of latest decisions.

To access it, click on "Pricing/Invoicing" at the bottom of the page.

The page contains information corresponding to the princing and the invoicing of your policy:

• Display of Insured transactions and invoicing modalities
• Currency of the policy
• Minimum Premium (MP)
• Guaranty deposit
• Frequency of the turnover declaration
• Means of payement
• Whether you receive the "Bulletin économique"
• Insured transactions

• Display of the premium rate by zone of risk for each category of operation
  You can display the countries for each zone of risk

• Display of the Limit charges by zone
  Standard fees and fees for "filtered" discretionary cover are being distinguished.
  You can display the counties for each zone of limit fees

• Display of the collection fees
• The fees are display by zone of risk. They concern the opening fees covered and uncoverd debt. The management fees are not displayed.
  
• You can display the countries for each zone of collection fees

• Display of the list of services taken out (only if there are any)
  

To access them, click on the "Parameters of guarantee" picture at the bottom of the page.

The page is cut into 4 parts:

• Display of "parameters of guarantee" data
• Shows whether you have rights to apply for credit limits
• If the current contrat is an extension, indicated whether there is an interference with the titular contract
• For Timonia policies, the fixed number of requests is diplayed
• For Timonia policies, the average outstanding balance is displayed
• For Artimon policies, the amount of the reflexe guarantee if displayed
• Show whether you can access the ground-up client list
• Show whether you can use Filtered discretionary cover
• For each zone of risk, you are provided the following information:
• whether you benefit of the coverage of binding orders
• the term of coverage of binding orders (only displayed if the policy contains the coverage of binding orders)
• You can display the countries for each zone of risk

• Only if appropriate, for each zone of risk, the following information is displayed:
• Initial payement date
• Exceptional payement terms
• Special credit term

• Display of "Quotities of indemnification" data

• Quota of indemnification for unnamed buyers
• Quota of indemnification for named buyers
• Unnamed Limit 
• Threshold for declaring unpaid debts

• Special conditions
• Special conditions of the current policy are displayed. This concerns optional services present on the policy. For each service, the following parameters are displayed:
• Description
• Value
• Starting date
• Termination date
• In case there is an assignment of indemnities history, a link permits you to show it.

• Exclusion of a named buyer 

• Other exclusions, like exclusion of a category of business, of a group, of a type of buyer, of a range of business.
