The company synthesis service delivers you financial and administrative information about your customers.

To access company information :

1. Identify on EOLIS the company you wish to have information on
2. Browse through Premium services / Information / Company synthesis
3. You arrive on the General information page

  These information complement those given in the "Buyer Detail" section.
  Displayed information cover :
• capital
• trade sector
• creation date
• status of the company in our database
• minimun and maximum staff

• Accounting information 
  Among the information that are displayed, when they are available, there is :
• name of CEO
• date of last accounts and a link to consult them on the "Bilan Service" website, if they have been published at the office/chambers ( "au greffe").
• turnover (VAT Excluded)
• depreciation amount
• shareholder's funds amount
• interests paid rate
• net profit/loss amount
• working capital
• EBIT amount (Résultat Courant Avant Impôt (RCAI))
• inventories amount
• cash flow (without exceptional items) amount

• Information about existing credit limit
  Depending on your habilitation, you are informed on :
• whether the company is present in your ground-up client list
• whether the company is registered in your directory
• the last credit limit decision (only for policy holders having the "right to apply for credit limit" service), if you requested a credit limit on this buyer.

To access this screen click on "Business addresses" button displayed at the bottom of the page.

You will be showed the list of all trading branches and the principal office (registered office, business address...) your customer is linked to, and their addresses.

You may access this screen by clicking on the "Legal events" button displayed at the bottom of the page.

There, you will have a list of all legal events and judicial information on this third-party. These information are displayed in a table showing :

• the name of the event
• the receiver and his address
• the source of information and the publicity date
• the publicity number

When you first connect to the site you will be asked to enter your EOLIS login again. This will not be requested subsequently, it is just to allow you to register with the site in order to benefit from customisable functions.

The EOLIS financial statements site shows reprocessed financial statements from some 600,000 French companies (at 01/09/2002). The site is exclusively reserved for authorised users of the EOLIS site.

reading and download of French standard statements for the last 5 accounting periods available
reading and customisation of tables of financial ratios (12, 24 and 36 values)
monitoring to receive email notification when new financial information on the company is available.

2. Click on “Consult Balance sheet” for access to the EOLIS Financial statements site.

Once on the EOLIS financial statements service site, click on “New search” to return to EOLIS and identify, if required, another company.

 The look and feel of the EOLIS Financial Statements site is similar to the EOLIS site.

• The EOLIS Financial Statements site has been optimised for use with version 4 and over of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
• To achieve optimum readability of  EOLIS Financial Statements, we recommend:
• minimum screen resolution of 800x600
• the “Smallest” text size under Microsoft Internet Explorer
• font size 10 under Netscape Navigator
• We also recommend that you do not use the “Previous” and “Next” browser functions.
