EOLIS offers several languages:

French,
English,
Spanish,

German

Just click on the desired language before entering your login and PIN code on the site home page.

Your login and PIN code are sent to you after signing the policy:

1. Enter your unique 8-character numeric login.
2. Enter your 8-character alphanumeric PIN code.
3. Click on “Validate” for access to your personalised services. 

Changing your PIN code:

1. Enter your unique 8-character numeric login.
2. Enter your current 8-character alphanumeric PIN code. 
3. Click on “Change password” for access to the page for changing your PIN code.
4. Enter your new 8-character alphanumeric password (it must be different from the old code).
5. Enter your new password again and validate.

You can change your password at any time, your login, though, is unique. You may contact EOLIS Support if you lose it. If new codes are sent to you at your request, EOLIS will ask you to change the password the first time you log on, for security reasons.

EOLIS helps you in your search.
1. Click on .
2. There are several methods open to you:
entering the Euler Hermes ID
entering the country and national identifier.
entering the country, company/business name, zip code and town

Once the search is complete you will  have access either to the company page for the selected company or a list showing several companies from which you can choose the desired company.

For a company located in the DOM-TOM (French overseas departments and territories) or in Monaco, use the corresponding country name from the “Select a country" list and not “France” as in our old system.

The identifier of a company is one of:
the Euler Hermes ID, a unique number, whatever the company, guaranteeing recognition by EOLIS in 100% of cases. This number is shown on all screens and all paper communication.
the national identifier, the Siren number for French companies, VAT (TVA) number for Belgium, CRO for UK, or a  Euler Hermes France number made up of 2 letters, MO, TO, PR or FE plus 7 digits for companies with no Siren number (recently formed company, foreign company, etc.);

Such an identifier allows you to definitely find a company, which is not always the case with the  registered name and address, bearing in mind the possible existence of secondary names.

The rapid access menu is used to see all the services available for your policy and enables you to get to them quickly. It can be used as an EOLIS “site map”.

For access to the various EOLIS services, click on the subjects offered in the menu and sub-menu bars. For most services, you will be asked to identify the company either by the identification number or by registered name and address.

Certain EOLIS services do not require a company to be identified, and can be directly selected from this menu bar.

Once the company is identified, you can use this menu to carry out activities relating to it. If need be, a new company can be identified.

On each page, simply click on the circled icon at the bottom of the page to access the corresponding data or to trigger the desired action. Actions depend on the page context and position in the service sequence.
